The form asks for your name, email, broad boat location, boat type and interests. A description of your needs is optional. Do not include berth access codes, identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information.

With your permission, the organiser uses these details to review interest and contact you about shaping the YachtSitting pilot. Submitting does not create an account, publish your boat, reserve a place or sign you up to a paid service. There are no automatic marketing emails in this version.

When enabled, information is stored privately in the project’s Supabase database in Ireland. Access is restricted to the project operator through authenticated administrative tools. It is not visible to other members or visitors.

The proposed pilot retention period is 90 days after submission. Publication requires the operator to adopt and operate the documented deletion process. You can ask for deletion earlier or withdraw contact permission. A new purpose or longer period requires separate review.

Optional first-party measurement counts views, explorer use, scenario selections and accepted expressions of interest. It does not include your name, email, entered location or description, and uses no persistent visitor identifier or tracking cookie. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts represent events, not unique people. Measurement can be disabled independently and its failure does not prevent submission.

Signing tokens, one-way keyed email throttle values, limited retry identifiers and aggregate counters help prevent spam and duplicate submissions. They are operational data, separate from the anonymous interest measurements. Public forms cannot read previously submitted details.

Accounts and their separate privacy information remain independent of this form. The marketplace and YachtSitting Care reports are demonstrations.
